We have a nice and sunny double bedroom (on the first floor) becoming available in a four bedroom house from 5th October. Located in Jericho, only a 5 min walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the train station. The rent is 450 per month + £50 for the bills (gas+electricity+internet+wate r), which makes a total of £500/month.

The bedroom is furnished with:
- Double bed with bedsit
- Chest of drawers
- Desk + office chair
- Wardrobe

About the rest of the house:
- Good sized kitchen with large fridge-freezer, a second smaller fridge, washer-dryer, microwave and gas oven.
- Two separate bathrooms, a large one with bathtub and one smaller with a shower (So you ll never have to wait for shower in the morning !)

Our tenancy is managed by a letting agency, who asks that tenants to pay a £150 admin fee. Short-term rent is not considered.

The deposit is £450.
