Double room in a 3 bedroom flat from College

Notice: the room can be available at any time between 1st Feb to 1st March

Hey, we are looking for a flatmate to share the 3-bedroom flat on 21 Winchester Road. It is an accommodation site of St Anthony's College. We are looking for a graduate student or postdoc whose daily schedule is similar to ours.

The room is a double bedroom with single occupancy. The room has a size of 143 sqft furnished with a double bed, a three-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. The flat is newly renovated and has a well equipped kitchen and a fairly big lounge area. The current tenants are both Dphil students and we look forward to sharing the flat with a quiet and tidy student/postdoc. The contract officially ends at 26/06/14 and could be extended to September if consensus is reached between three of us. The scout would come to clean up the common area everyday and the inside the room once a week.

The rent is 139pw including utilities and internet (wired or eduroam). The laundry facility is at the College's main site which is 2min walk from the flat.
