Double room in large Jericho house.

I am looking for someone to take my large double room in a beautiful house share in Jericho. The house is a stunning three story Victorian townhouse which has been decorated and modernised to a high standard. It consists of:

1. a large shared kitchen with american style fridge (inc. ice machine), dish washer and dining area
2. a large lounge with two sofas
3. a laundry room with washing machine and separate tumble drier
4. four large double bedrooms (only 1 is available) with fire places
5. two large bathrooms with showers, baths and toilets (one between two sharers)

You will be sharing with three girls, all of whom are professionals and very friendly. The house is kept very tidy and everyone gets on well (we had a house Halloween party and Christmas Dinner and secret Santa together as well as a few pub quizzes), but everyone also socialises separately and gets their own space. Everyone is mid to late 20s/early 30s and so it would really suit someone in this age range who is also a professional. A male or female tenant would suit.

The location is perfect as it is 2 mins from Port Meadow and the Victoria pub and 10 mins from town. It is also on a side street and so still nice and quiet at night.

The room itself is large. It currently has a double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, a bookcase and bedside table and there is still plenty of room to walk around. This furniture can be used or removed as required.

Bills are NOT included and are currently around £120 per person per month, although this may go down as we have recently changed some of our suppliers.

The house is amazing value for money as it is gorgeous and I am only moving out as I am moving to London with work, otherwise I would have stayed.

Notes:
The rent is set by the agents and so is non-negotiable.
My current housemates are all long-term and so they would like someone who is looking to stay for more than 6 months.
A parking permit is not available
