Hello,
I am looking for a new housemate that would take my double room in a house. There is only 2 other people living, so it is quite spacious and not crowded. You would live with another engineer student from Brookes and a land lady who is a primary school teacher. The rent is £530 with all the possible bills included, however if you are not a student council taxes might apply(£70)! The location is just perfect, right by the river Thames only 5 minutes walk to the cornmarket street. The moving day can be ASAP. SO we are looking for a communicative, pet-loving (because the landlady has a very fluffy and friendly dog and a cat), preferable student, or academic-related.
So if you need a cool place to live - this is the place!
