Lovely Bright Room off Cowley Road

I really like living here and I'm looking for friendly, tidy people who want to hang out and also have their own stuff going on...

The room:
A cosy room with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and an additional wardrobe which can be replaced with a desk etc. Really sunny with a great view of the garden.
3. 45m by 2. 3m (including wardrobe)

About the house:
It's a 3 bed house with a big ground floor with an open plan living room and dining room, a big kitchen with a breakfast bar, recently refurbished bathroom and a lean-to conservatory. It was all redecorated six months ago.

We have a new boiler, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, Smeg cooker, a huge bath and excellent shower.

The garden is fantastic in summer and gets the sun for most of the day- it has lots of mature shrubs and rose bushes.

There is residents parking only on the street and you'd need to buy a residents permit.

It's an assured shorthold tenancy with an initial fixed term of 12 months, and after that 2 months notice- so we're looking for a long term housemate!

Bills come to around £100 per month on top of the rent.

The room is officially available on the 25th December, but you'd be able to move your things in from the 18th December (or in the new year!)

About us:
I'm Sally, 33 and a voice over artist who works from home. I love cooking, gardening and pub quizzes. I'm also vegan so anyone who's vegetarian or vegan gets a gold star!
Chris is 26, a nurse and a vegetarian.
