Double room in friendly sociable house share

We’re a group of young professionals living in Cowley Road area. We enjoy spending time together at the pub, park, or the occasional house party, but equally happy just vegging out front of the TV or in the kitchen.

Two of our housemates are sadly leaving so we are looking for friendly, sociable professionals to fill their rooms. The remaining room is medium sized (£405 pcm) and the on top floor.

The house is three floors, plus a basement (perfect for house parties), and stays dry and warm throughout winter. We have a small garden in the back, just large enough for some summer BBQs, a cosy living room and kitchen with dining table.

Location is perfect – the road itself is quiet and residential, but we’re seconds away from Cowley Road, with tons of great pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, independent shops and the O2 Academy.

The Essentials…No couples or pets allowed, sorry!
BILLS: about £60-85 per month.
No parking permits, but there are a few roads with free parking about 5-10 mins walk away.

Deposit: 1.5 months rent + £175 admin fee up front, plus first months rent.

The room is available from July 12th. We are having viewings on Tuesday July 5th, from 6:00 - 9:00 PM, but could arrange something else if necessary.
