The room is fully furnished, clean, light and tidy. The house is newly redecorated with a large oak kitchen. All the appliances are in good working order. The house is kept clean and quiet at all times. The atmosphere in the house is friendly and relaxing. The area is very safe and 1.5 miles to the centre. Two large shopping centres are 3 minutes walk. Florence park is nearby. Buses are regular to the city centre and to the rail station. The house has 3 toilets, 2 showers and a bathroom.

It is an all girls household, and everyone contributes to cleaning the common areas. Oxford researchers and young professionals are welcome. It is a friendly, respectful and international househokd. We take turns in cleaning the common areas.

Rent is paid every four weeks, all bills are inclided, so no hidden cost.
