Light, double room in spacious 3-bed semi

Double room offered in newly extended 3-bed 1930's semi in Botley, Oxford. Full use of the rest of the house which includes a large kitchen/dining room and separate lounge.

Oxford train station and city centre just over 1 mile away, but house is positioned in quiet and leafy Botley. Good selection of local shops (grocery shops, hairdressers, restaurants, pharmacy, post office etc) and good transport links (plenty of buses and close to A34 and A420).

I would prefer a Monday-Friday lodger
£420 pcm) but if I think we'd get on well then would consider a full-time let. I will be putting the house up for sale shortly, so would be looking for someone happy with a short-term let (e. g. visiting researcher or graduate student, someone new to the area or between housing etc), although I expect this process to be at least 3 months.

About me: I've owned/lived in this house for 5+ years, and love the area! I'm a pretty relaxed and sociable character, but tend to keep things quiet during the week (school nights!).
