Small Double - Short Let - April - June

Tired of viewing overpriced dingy shit-holes? This one's still a little overpriced, but has a rare virtue for Oxford in that the house is in a decent state of repair with fully working fixtures and fittings with a competent and professional landlord.

I'm moving to London for work and am hoping to transfer the contract for the remainder of the tenancy from early April to the end of Jun.

The house was fully refurbished before we started our tenancy there last July, therefore all equipment and utilities are brand new, the house has two bathrooms plus a WC. The showers are top of the range waterfall showers with reliable on demand hot water. There's a massive kitchen/living-room with french doors opening out to a large well maintained garden with a wooden terrace, a real treat in the summer. We have a virgin media sky+broadband package which includes netflix.

You'll be sharing the house with four other people, three guys and one girl, all friendly, clean and civilised professionals with ages ranging from 24 to 33.

The room itself is uh... bijou shall we say, but perfectly functional, with a double bed. It's on the top floor looking out over the garden. In practice you'll be sharing the top floor bathroom with one other person.

The room will be available from the 1st of April at the earliest, but I would be open to later move in dates if needed.

I'll pick up the admin fees, however you'll be expected to pay six weeks deposit and a month up front to secure the tenancy. This will all be arranged properly with the letting agency. Unfortunately, the agency has an absurdly complex process for processing tenancy changes which means that from the moment of confirming that you'd like to take the place will take at least two weeks at the minimum to be move in/

Smoking is OK, but must be kept strictly outdoors. No pets I'm afraid.
