Room for sublet (Jul-Oct 2015), OX1

I have a double-bed room to sublet. This is in a two bedroom modern flat located in city centre, just off Paradise Street. It's less than five minutes' walk to Westgate shopping centre and High St, and a short walk to both Gloucester Green bus station and train station. Though a stone's throw to these amenities, the flat is situated in a neighbourhood that is undisturbed by the usual hustle and bustle of city centre living.

The double-bed room comes with a double divan bed, a chest of drawers, and a build-in wardrobe. There is also a shared bathroom (with shower), a spacious living room furnished with sofa and dining/common work table, and a kitchen equipped washing machine/dryer for fuss-free laundry.

The place is excellent for postgraduates/postdocs and professionals who are looking for a short term visiting stay.
Rent is £760 pcm (inc. internet + all other bills).
