3 good sized rooms available in large, friendly, shared house, very close to the Cowley Road. There loads of great bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants and clubs in the area.

We are looking for friendly, relaxed housemates, who enjoy socialising and meeting new people. The three existing housemates are young professionals working in Oxford. We all enjoy music, going out and hanging around in the kitchen. Previous housemates have included postgraduate students, and we are very much open to a wide range of new people.

One room is very large with rent of £600pcm. The other rooms are smaller but still good sized double rooms. These are £500pcm.

There is also a living room, a fantastic kitchen, a bathroom, two other shower rooms and a utility room with additional cooking facilities, washing machine and tumble drier. The house has recently been refurbished and is very nicely finished.

We have a nice sized garden, which we have used for barbeques in the summer. There is no off street parking but parking permits are available from the Council.

Rent includes Council tax. All Other bills are split equally between housemates and come to approximately £50 per month.
