Double room available Oxford city centre

Double room available to view 1st August Oxford City Centre. Room available 3rd August. Not available to view before 1st August.

I am a 2nd year Childrens and Mental Health Nurse studying at Oxford Brookes. I spend a lot of time on placement so would prefer a housemate who isn't planning on having all night parties ;-).

I have a small dog who will be living in the property. She is friendly and housetrained.

The property has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the lounge and kitchen will be shared. There is an enclosed garden and a patio which overlooks the river.

It is a ten minute cycle from Brookes university campus, or 15 minutes by public transport. It is about a 5 minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to st aldates where many bus routes pass through.

If a student applies all bills are included as we won't have to pay council tax. Professionals interested in the room will be liable for the council tax payment, although this will be reduced by 25%.
