Double room available in a beautiful fully furnished 3-person house, complete with wooden floors throughout, in a brilliant location (bottom of Morrell Av, St Clements) next to South Parks, Tesco, close to City Centre, and bus stop to London/airports. Both Brookes and Oxford universities are a 20min walk away.

As for your two housemates, we're a young couple (33 and 27) both having been with the university for some time (masters and DPhil), now working for energy market consultancies. We're looking for someone for the room for 6 months or so, although we can discuss this.

The room itself has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves and drawers. The house has a nice garden, easy safe place to leave bikes, unlimited wi-fi broadband, table which can fit six people around for proper meals, bathroom with a shower and bath, kitchen with electric hobs/fridge/freezer/larder, washing machine, lounge area with sofas, TV etc.

The room is available immediately for £650 plus £150 for bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, unlimited broadband, and TV license) i. e. in total £800 payable per month. In addition to the rent, we'll ask you pay a small deposit of £250 before you move in that will be returned to you at the end of the tenancy.

The ideal housemate would have a professional job, be sociable, tidy, and enjoy having the occasional meal/film/drink/BBQ etc together. No smokers please.
