Single with En suite in quiet residential area.

This single room with double bed, en suite shower room and toilet is situated in a nearly new mobile home. The bed is a very comfy double divan with lot's of storage underneath. The home has a fitted kitchen with all the appliances except a tumble dryer. However, there is a very good laundrette a few streets away if you have large items you need to dry. By the way, next to the laundrette is a great chinese takeaway. I am building a deck for us to enjoy our coffee on English weather permitting. The location is quiet and right next to a wood. Woodlands park is ideally situated for anyone commuting to Abingdon or Oxford and there is also a train station nearby with a regular service to London.
I have lived here for over 15 years and I love it! I am sure you will too. If you are a smoker, I'd need you to smoke outside if that's okay. I have a German shepherd cross called Charlie who is very friendly and loves being fussed. There is a parking area within yards and there usually a few spaces spare. I have no preferences as such regarding my ideal housemate except to say that they are clean, considerate, and easy going. I work 7:15 till 16:30 and get up at 5 most weekdays. Because of this, our rooms are separated by both shower rooms so the noise will be kept to a minimum. I go to bed early so I ask that you keep the noise down after 10pm. I am sure this won't be an issue. We can sort out the fine details when we meet. If you are looking for a weekday or short term let only, that is fine as long as i get a month's notice.
Although i would rather have a single tenant, i would consider a couple if the cicumstances were acceptable. The rent would, of course, be higher due to subsequently higher costs. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Bye for now. Jeremy.
