Two large double rooms in a private annex at the back of my house. Each with a double bed, wardrobe and draws.
Small kitchen to include washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, tumble dryer,.
Shower room, with loo, and wash basin.
My preference is for two friends to share, as I would like to rent the rooms out at the same time.
All bills are included within, and the main house does have broadband, which does allow the signal to be available in the annex.
If weak I am happy to buy a booster box.
The only bill which is not covered within is a TV license. I would require references, and there will be a charge for these, as I will use an agency to check. Regarding deposit I am reliable with this.
To start with the term is for 6 months with an ashored short hold tenancy agreement signed.
It is a 20 mins walk into Abingdon and a 5 min walk to the main bus.
