In The Country, But Near The Centre

The house is in South Hinksey - a beautiful village just the other side of the fields from West Oxford (south of Botley).

It's a very friendly community, and there is a cycling path that takes you into the centre of Oxford in just 15 mins (25 on foot), and we're close to the A34 if you're commuting long distances. We have the benefit of being inside the Oxford ring-road, while still being a country village.

I own the house and live in it, I rent out three spare rooms, one of which is available.

The currently available room is the largest one, which gets lots of sun light (when it's out) in the morning.

Bills are included in the price, and that includes a cleaner so no scrubbing of showers is required here!

There is also a very spacious living and dining room, decent sized kitchen, and gardens front and rear, as well as countryside walks nearby. Plus we have some basic gym facilities (rowing machine, bench, weights).

We like to keep the place tidy, and we also like to entertain friends occasionally, but tend to live pretty quietly, especially during the week.

I'm looking for a housemate who is friendly and outgoing, tidy and respectful of the place. Beyond that I think our best bet is to meet and see if we get on with each other, and if you like the house :)
