We are professionals (2 boys and 1 girl) who are looking for a 4th friendly professional housemate as our current 4th housemate is moving out.

The room is a double unfurnished room in a spacious, modern house in Summertown just 2mins from the shops, wine cafe and restaurants. It is available for £490pcm excluding bills. On average bills are £60 and council tax is £59. The house has 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, washing room, boot room, 4 double bedrooms, a front and back garden and parking available on the street outside and double driveway. The house is rented through an agency and therefore requires a registration fee (around £100) and a deposit of £1000.

Oxford town centre is 5 minutes by bus, or ten minutes on a bike. 30 mins if you want to walk!!
