Lovely double, own bathroom, in modern 2 bed flat

Hi,

My name is Delphine and I am looking for a housemate to rent out the spare bedroom in my lovely first-floor flat in Summertown. The flat is rented through an agency, who are very helpful. The rent is currently £647.50 + bills (council tax, gas, water, broadband, landline and TV licence - between £100 and £150 a month).

The bedroom is very large with a king size bed, a wardrobe, two night tables, a chest of drawers and two big cupboards. You will also have sole use of a large separate bathroom, with a bathtub and overhead shower. The flat is fully furnished with all mod cons including a washing machine/tumble drier and a dishwasher. There is a big living room/dining room/ kitchen area, and a small balcony giving onto the street. There is also off street parking for one car (as I don't have a car, you can use the space), as well as a bike rack right in front of the house. The flat is a great location, about 10 minutes' walk away from Summertown shops and a couple of minutes to the nearest bus stop on Banbury Road.

I am a friendly professional in my early 30s who likes to go out with my friends as well as socialise with the people I live with. I work 9 to 5 and would prefer someone in their mid-20s to late-30s, with a similar working pattern (no student please), who is sociable, fun, considerate and who will keep the house clean and fairly tidy. The contract is until the end of August, but this can be renewed, and I would prefer someone who would like to stay for a while and see the flat as a home rather than just somewhere to crash in between work and going out.

No smokers, no pets, no couples. The room is available from 23rd August and the contract is for 12 months.
