A large double room is available in a friendly laid back house share in Summertown. Housemates all get on well and hobbies include cooking, keeping fit (squash, running, cross fit) and going to the pub! I have lived in the house for 3 years but am moving out as I am going travelling. I will be moving out end of Feb but can be flexible on dates. Bills are approximately £60 a month including wifi, council tax, gas and electricity. There is a deposit of £400 and also a Change of sharer fee to the Estate Agent.
