Single Room in Beautiful Huge House

Unfortunately I'm moving to London so have to give up my room in this fantastic house at the top of Summertown.

HOUSE MATES:
The super lovely housemates are Tamara a researcher at the Law faculty, Melisa a Developmental Economy Masters student and Andrea a Pilates instructor.

HOUSE:
There's a huge kitchen (with washer and dryer), beautiful living room with large TV and fireplace, dinning room, a large covered decking area and garden which will be lovely in summer (and has heaters if you want to use it now). There are two bathrooms, the girls have monopolised the larger upstairs one meaning I've had exclusive use of the downstairs shower room - this could work great for you too, but I'll leave that discussion for the current housemates.
There's bike storage too.

ROOM:
The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of draws, single bed, mattress and bedside table. Its nice, cozy and warm.

BILLS:
All bills are included in the £650, and we have an excellent responsive landlord who has fixed any problems we've had super quickly.
He's ideally looking for someone to take the room till the summer when the rest of the housemates contracts are due for renewal.

TRANSPORT
There is a bus stop only a hundred metres from the house with super frequent buses into the city centre, easily cyclable down a cycle lane too. Summertown shops (Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S) and lots of lovely restaurants and cafés are a 15 min walk away.
