Large friendly flatshare in central Summertown

We are looking for someone (or a couple) to replace us in our flatshare. We have been here for 3 years and it has really been our home. The house is very homely and social but also we all have our own interests too. Please message if this sounds like the place for you!

About the flat: It is a very large flat with sitting room, dinning room and a seperate kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms and a large laundry/storage area downstairs including indoors bike storage! The room is a double room with plenty of space for desk etc. and also has a built in wardrobe. The room overlooks the garden which is great for BBQs or just a coffee in the sun. The flat is above a shop in summertown so very central location and short walk to bus stop and all amenities.

The rent is £725 and the bills come to about £120 per month. (however would be slightly more for bills if a couple wanted the room as we would split it 4 ways rather than 3 ways). There are also agency fees (£150) and a deposit of £1000 (which is completely refunded when you leave). Contract starts 4th August but that can be flexible if needed. Pets are considered at this property (we have a dog).
