A single room is available soon.. I share with a friend who also works in education. We are friendly and hospitable but also like our privacy too.
The house has Cooking facilities, washing machine, shared kitchen /dining room, a bath/shower room and second WC. The garden is currently needing a gardener or lodgers who are keen to help with this and a share of the cleaning chores would be anticipated.
