Hello!
We are four friendly postgraduate students looking for a fifth housemate. We have found a fantastic five bedroom property in Summertown, so we need a fifth housemate to share this lovely abode with us. It has 5 double bedrooms, a couple of which are slightly smaller; a very large kitchen/dining area, a lounge, a good sized garden; and 3 bathrooms to share between five housemates.
We are looking to move in on or around the 1st September. Ideally we would like someone who is easy going and sociable, the sort to join us for Sunday lunch. We would also appreciate that the communal areas be kept clean and tidy.
The room will be ££500 pcm with bills on top, which should be less than ££50.
