Room with home cooked meals - BOOKED

Located in Sutton Courtenay which is walking distance from Milton Park, bicycling distance from Didcot Power Station, Abingdon and various business parks. Both Culham and Harwell Science parks plus Didcot train station are a few minutes away by car. Car parking space is available outside our property and a bus service stops just across the road. Close to the A34 with good access to M4 & M40 & Oxford etc. We are happy to give you a lift from Didcot train station etc. on 1st arrival.

We are a homely environment with friends and neighbours dropping by. Our large kitchen is our main social area and includes a TV. You are also welcome to share our living room. Our other current lodger has a cat and we look after the occasional dog. Previous satisfied lodgers have been old & young, male & female, construction contractors, scientists, retired, students etc. with stays from a few days to a few years.

The room is freshly decorated, has a single bed but is room is of double-bed size. Room is lockable, though we have a copy kept safe for maintenance, cleaning & emergency access.

Rent includes all basic bills and services including:-
- Home cooked evening meals
- Breakfast materials
- Laundry
- Basic toiletries

Facilities
- Internet wi-fi and wired connections
- Room TV can be supplied
- Shared bathroom
- Use of kitchen, laundry room, living room and garden
- We can lend a bicycle if you are working in the immediate area or for exploring.
- You are welcome to join us on shopping trips etc.

NO DEPOSIT :-) RENT PAID IN ADVANCE, non-refundable.
Payment in cash, and can either be:-
£150 Weekly (Sat to Friday. Payment on 1st arrival, then Friday of each week i. e. in time for weekly shop)
£600 Monthly (1st of each month)

Remember this includes evening meals, washing etc.
