Double room with ample built in storage in shared house right on Thame's High Street. The room has tall ceilings and windows, wooden blinds and wool carpet and overlooks Upper High Street. The local amenities are fantastic with brilliant pubs, delis, supermarkets butchers and a local theatre. The house is clean and modernised with a very nice airy bathroom, a modern kitchen with great storage, gas, dishwasher and washing machine. Nice dining room with period features, great for entertaining. Comfortable sitting room with TV and wifi. Large Garden to rear with decking areas. The house is secure and in very good order. All bills are included. More storage is available in the basement. The lease is for four months with the possibility of extending in mid january. Your housemates are two chefs who run a local gastropub. You'll have the place to yourself a lot because they work long hours and often commute to and from London. There is a house cat who is quite shy and rarely indoors. This is not a party house but we are very sociable. There is no bed in the room but we can offer you the use of a good quality air mattress should you need it. Smoking is in the garden only. We're looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and friendly.
