Large double room, spacious house

Our house is a spacious and well kept property on a quiet street in Thame, yet close enough to the shops/pubs! You will have two house mates who both work full time and spend their weekends socialising. I am moving out simply because I'm moving in with my partner and would like to find a friendly and considerate house mate to live with them.

The room has a large built in wardrobe but will not include any other furniture, and has a lovely garden view at the the rear of the house. There is a shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, large conservatory leading to the low maintenance garden and washing machine/dryer. The rest of the house is furnished, the tv includes free view and wifi is included. Housemates use any left over rent money to all contribute to cleaning products and share a Hoover so there will be no extra costs apart from food!

House mates are more than welcome to have friends/partners over to stay but everyone is considerate to each other. The neighbours are lovely and there is plenty of space for another car. If you need extra storage there is also a garage.
