Friendly couple (and cat) seeking housemate

Hi! We are a married couple, looking for a new housemate. You would have the second bedroom in a spacious 4 bed detached house. The smallest room is hubby's man cave but the other bedroom is useful for guests, laundry etc. You would also have exclusive use of the family bathroom (we have an en suite to our room). The bedroom is double sized but looking to let only to single. We have a well equipped kitchen, dining room and garden. Also there's a garage for storage/bike. Rent includes all bills including broadband. We have had a housemate for a few years and have really enjoyed the experience. Our existing house mate is moving out mid Jan. You would be more than welcome to stay in the smaller room as a trial run before then.
