Lovely bedsit room in family home on quiet estate. Shared bathroom. Would consider Mon-Friday let for £400 per month. Otherwise full time £500 per month

rent paid monthly (1 month rent in advance).

There is 1 small friendly dog in the home but she is not allowed in bedrooms, and is quiet :)

You will provide all your own bedding and towels. Washing machine and dryer available.

My house is within walking distance of Wantage town centre (15 minutes) and is a short drive from local businesses such as Crown Packaging, Williams F1, Grove 2000, Milton Park, Culham Laboratory, AEA Technology Harwell, Rutherford Laboratory (RAL) and Diamond Light Source.
No discounts if tenant is away for a few days or weekends.
There is on road parking available.

Probation period is 1 month's trial, to see how we all work together. No-one has ever failed it, as we're all quite easy going. However, I'm not expecting to be clearing up after anyone in the bathroom or kitchen etc.
There is a fully refundable £100 deposit to cover damages, cleaning fees or cancellation without notice. 1 months' notice is required for cancellation.

The room is let in a clean condition and expected to be left the same way on leaving.
