Short Stay Clean Quiet Room

Hi there, I am looking to find someone who is looking for a short term room, a quiet unassuming person. This is somewhere to hang your hat and rest your head. Together with the use of all facilities and no bills included. Works out a lot cheaper than B&B for those new to area.
For a person who travels home at week ends . . new job in Witney / a place to stay while looking for a place to purchase or rent . . .
Sorry not not really suitable for those who wish to party and entertain. Overly heavy drinkers.
Someone who understands importance of privacy.
Nice comfortable, clean double room, nice double bed, light and airy with large window and door onto balcony For drying towels etc. Shower room is directly on side of the bedroom WC on ground floor.
The TOP floor WC is for my personal use.
Room has flat screen TV, wi fi, good furnishings, bedding etc. provided. All laundered.

Leisure Centre within view .. for the sporty ones, and a mountain bike in garage is available if required.
It is a reasonably modern Town House, central, only 3 minutes from all shops /amenities and bus route running every ten minutes to Oxford.
12 miles from Oxford.

There is not a shared lounge area. Own personal space is paramount. :o)
Use of microwave preferred. Friendly, fun but quiet.
The room is on first floor, has digi TV, radio with ipod, twin wardrobes, double bed, chairs, side lighting etc. All linen provided. Wireless internet tea coffee/ tea making facilities. Someone who is also veggie friendly.
