Female only lodger required

Thanks for reading first, as I know it's tough finding the right kind of fit for a new home. I'm Teresa and I'm the live-in landlady with my pet dog, small jack Russell size so applicants must like dogs. I work from home so the household is a relatively professional one so no crazy nights out in the week time and no noise after 10:30-11. 

There is a good size living area and I would prefer someone who wants to socialise and be part of the house rather than just rent a room. 

The house is finished to a good standard with Virgin media, BT Sport and broadband. Large garden with BBQ and garden furniture. The bedroom is partially furnished with a 4ft double bed, wardrobe, shelf unit and chest drawers, but If you'd rather bring your own furniture that isn't an issue. The bathroom with bath and shower is shared.

I'm Looking for lovely people who are considerate and want to live in a house that feels like a home. As I said before, dog friendly is essential!

There is off street parking as well, and for those who don't know Witney, the town centre can be walked to in 5-10 minutes. There is a also a bus stop 2mins away that goes directly to Oxford in circa 25 minutes.
