House Share - Double Room, own bathroom Witney

Hi,

I am looking for a nice person to share my house on Deer Park, Witney. The room is available from 1st July.

The house has 3 bedrooms, two double and one ensuite. I am renting out one double room, the main bathroom will be for your use but occasionally I may want to use it to have a bath. The house has a small kitchen and lounge diner and a small garden (but big enough for BBQ's)!

The house has Freeview + and broadband.

Rent is £115 per week which includes room and all bills except telephone.
