Two bedrooms or, as per the photos, can be furnished as a bedroom and sitting room (£650/month) then also giving exclusive use of the bathroom.
There is a shared living room and kitchen. The stairs go up from the living room to the first landing and the Lodger’s bathroom is here, then there are a few more steps up to a separate landing servicing just the 2 rooms, allowing for a real sense of having your own space if you rent them both. Both rooms have been recently decorated and have brand new carpets.

This is a quiet village within easy reach of Oxford and Witney. The Cotswolds trainline has a frequent service stopping in the village. It’s 10 minutes in to Oxford and directly on to London too.

We are a married working couple with children away at university. We have one friendly cat. We are looking for one or two lodgers, non-smokers, who are looking for a homely and peaceful place to stay.

We would offer a weekday only contract for 15% less
