The room is a double en-suite with a large built in wardrobe and comes unfurnished, although I can provide a single guest bed if required (shown in photo). It will have a roman blind fitted above the window.
The house has three bedrooms, with the smallest room used as a study. There is a kitchen-breakfast room and large living-dining room, so plenty of space for two people.
The house has just finished being completely redecorated with new carpets. It is a modern house with a garden and a garage (used for storage). There is an off-road parking space and plenty of on-road parking available.
The house is situated in Ducklington, which is about 2. 5 miles outside of Witney. It's the perfect combination of being in a village location with two local pubs and access to lots of countryside walks, but is only a ten minute drive (or 30 minute walk) into Witney.
I'm a health professional in my early 30s and enjoy walking, cinema, theatre, yoga and socialising with friends. I'm looking for a friendly and reliable professional female housemate to share with.
Monday-Friday let also considered for reduced rent.
