The room is alarge single or cosy double room with double bed with a walk in wardrobe. There is a shared well equipped kitchen, use of your own cupboard and shared space in the fridge freezer. There is private use of main bathroom (power shower and bath) very nice fully decked garden with pond. I would prefer a tenant that is clean and quiet I am sociable and friendly and I have 1 dog who easy going and gentle.

The Living Room is a good size with sliding doors onto decking, accessing the garden. The Kitchen is fitted with wall and base units and work surfaces over; garage space negotiable and there is an off road parking space
available. Utility bills included but council tax is not included in the rent.
