The flat, split over three floors above a shop, is a stone's throw away from Blenheim Palace. You would be sharing with me (female, aged 31).

The bedroom is fully furnished, with a good quality generous single bed, chest of drawers, oak bedside table and storage unit, two lampshades, clothes rail, rug and full length mirror. There is also a large store cupboard behind the room for your own use.

A sizable shared bathroom is located on the second floor and includes a shower over a bath, an airing cupboard, washing machine and rare in rented properties – a tumble dryer!

On the first floor is the kitchen and living room, both fully furnished with good quality oak furniture and kitchen utensils. The kitchen has a tall freestanding fridge and an undercounter freezer. The sitting room has two comfy sofas and an oak dining table with chairs. All rooms are light and airy.

Rent is £550 pcm, inclusive of utility bills (gas, electricity and water) as well as council tax, phone line and internet.

About you: Professional female, aged 25 - 37, respectful of nice furnishings. No couples, students, children, smoking or pets.

It's a lovely flat that feels more like a house, and is in a fantastic location with the bus stop literally outside the door! Buses go into Oxford every 10/15 minutes and is a 15 minute journey.
