Hi. My name is Mike and am looking to rent out one single bedroom in my home. The room is available from 10th June 2016. I am self employed and work from home with my bouncy castle business.

The property boasts quite a big kitchen with all utilities like wash, dry and dish washing machines. You will have your own cupboard for your own food but don't mind you using the double fridge. There is a permanent gazebo in the garden if you're a smoker or fancy having a bbq. Utilities like gas, electric and high speed internet are included. You will have the shared use of the living room with Sky TV and XBOX 360.

The room has a computer desk, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and single size bed. Shared use of upstairs and downstairs toilet also.

There is plenty of street parking on both sides of the property. The bus stop into Perth is only a 2 minute walk away and during the day arrives approx every hour.

I'm looking for an easy going person who likes their own space and keeps whatever they have used as it was found.
