Lovely double room to let in a house in the Moncrieff/Craigie area of Perth. There is a large garden which is a suntrap to the rear - with a BBQ you can use. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave). There is also a drying line in the garden. The living room is bright and comfortable with a t. v. etc.

There is a bus stop right outside the house and you are ten minutes from Perth city centre. There is also a Chinese, Co-op, Chip shop and Post Office a one minute walk away. Tesco is a ten minute walk away.

The weekly rent includes all bills (wifi included).

You would be sharing with someone who is very easy going and friendly. :-)
