Two double sized rooms available

Two double sized rooms with king sized beds available in a large, well equipped house in Scone, only one and a half miles from Perth or ten minutes on the bus. All facilities including parking. Prefer mature, tidy and considerate lodgers. The house will however be going back on the market in Spring, so it is on the basis that if and when it sells, we will have to vacate before due transfer date, but that is likely to be at least three to nine months after going on the market. Nice house and handy for the town. My current lodger is leaving to move to St. Andrews in February after one year.
