BED ROOMS;
2 large double bedrooms, both with large bay windows, one also with a sink.(£90) for one person weekly.
Third double room looks over the garden, but has no features so is £10 a week less.(£80) for one person weekly.

One bedroom can be fitted with one king-size or 2 single bed’s and 2 can have a double and a singe if required. Bedrooms are furnished - but you are welcome to bring your own bed, sheets, pillows or even furniture.

(Normally max occupancy is 3 individuals renting and me.)

All you need is the deposit to book you a room and one week’s half price rent to move in. rent MUST be on time. or u risk loosing your deposit, so I advise bank transfers, but rent can be paid with cash.

3 month min stay (you are welcome to stay for less time, but you will not recieve the half price first month) And, please, I need a months’ notice on moving out. (you will loose your deposit if you move out before min 3 months (unless arranged) or if you leave without a months’ notice. (thats 3 months min PLUS a months notice) - (but remember, first month is half price.)

I have one 12 yr son who visits most Saturdays. and occ holiday, He is very rarely seen and does not make much noise. also, all children are welcome.

We are located near the PRI as well as two doctor's practices, on all bus routes as well as a 5 min walk to the ice rink, swimming pool, train station, supermarkets and of course a ten min walk to Perth centre.

I have an estate car, so if you need picked up from the train station, no bother.

Minor moving of personal items can also be negotiated and I am also known to act as an occ. taxi driver if anyone needs it - minor fees apply.
