I have a double room to let, in a nice two-bedroom flat in Craigie, Perth.
The room is furnished with a bed, drawers and a table that can be used as a desk.
The flat is a first floor flat in a quiet street in a lovely area, with a nice (large) garden. There is a co-op shop and a bus stop one street away, and the centre of town is within easy walking distance.
Although I live in the flat, I work so much that I'm hardly ever there, so it's like getting a flat to yourself for the price of a room - because you will hardly ever see me.
The minimum period that the room can be rented for is one month, at £260 per month (including bills, within reason), with no deposit required. The flat is no-smoking.
