As the ROOM is within the landlords home, this room is unsuitable for party animal types and is NOT to be used as a meeting place for friends, it it essential that you will fit in and are the right person for the house - as we live here too. (Which is why we ask to know a little about you)

Council tax & water included as room is part of owners house.
Use of shared wifi also included. Electricity is by £1 coin meter for the room. Heating is electric.

There is NO PARKING with the room, it may be possible to park on the street in the evenings.

There is a rent a room contract in place, and an Initial trial period.
