Hi - I've been renting rooms for over 10 years and have had lots of fun. I'm looking for a professional, quiet & tidy lodger. I have an upstairs of my large semi to rent, lodgers have their own room plus the upstairs shared main family bathroom. I live on my own downstairs and have my own facilities. So lots of privacy.
Large Kitchen, washing machine, wifi, etc. (although with utility costs there are some rules regarding usage). Aldi across the road. Big garden. No smoking - including the garden - but I don't mind vaping.
I work early hours so looking for a respectful & considerate lodger. Please contact me and tell me a bit about yourself and possibly arrange to come round to take a look.
