I'm starting a new job in Essex in Sept, so I'm looking to rent out 2 bedrooms. I'll be a live out landlord but will probably spend the odd night at home.
Both rooms are double sized bedrooms (although one of the rooms has a single bed). Both rooms have ample wardrobe space. These two rooms would share a bathroom.
The house is a modern 4 bed, detached home in low town Bridgnorth. The town centre is a 5 minute walk and there is plenty of driveway parking.
I'm ideally looking for 2 more lodgers (female preferred) to start a house share.
All bills are included (including Sky TV and broadband).
