Furnished Double Room To Rent

I am a in-house landlord and looking to rent my spare room out to a repectfull occupant. price includes use of kitchen, bathroom and all bills (except phone). I do have a dog so i will need the occupant to be ok with dogs. im looking for someone who is friendly, honest and respectful to other people's property. as im a in house landlord the living room is still my space to relax but if the right applicant arrises you would be welcome the use of it. the property is close to a bus route so perfect if the applicant doesnt drive. plenty of space on the drive for parking if you do drive. there is no cleaner i just ask you to ckean up after yourself. any questions dont hesitate to ask. hope its right for someone.
