We have a modern, recently furnished double room with ensuite bathroom and toilet. The house is a 5 bedroom semi detached located near Ironbridge. We are a young small family seeking preferably a single professional but may consider a couple. We're easy going and enjoy weekends out. We have 2 cats. There are 3 levels to house with garden and car parking. Other benefits include, Internet, Wi Fi, Sky TV, a gym and storage space. The room has a new white faux leather double bed with under mattress storage. Built in double wardrobes to hang clothes. The bathroom has cube shower, towel rail, sink and toilet. The house has a good sized garden with a shed which could store a bike, half the garden is decked with comfortable outdoor chairs and table. There is also an arbor which is a nice feature and acts as a bench, ideal for BBQ's. The village is a quiet but does have a good community, their isn't a local shop at the moment but there is one 5 mins away. Ironbridge is just down the road which has great restaurants and takeaways. Also there are some good places to go for a drink or a walk. It takes around 5 minutes to get to Morrisons and the M54 is about 8 minutes for anyone needing to get to the motorway.
