Huge room with gym available in Victorian Chapel

This property is a large, stunning renovated Victorian chapel dating from 1850. It is located down a quiet, no through lane in Lightmoor, just by Horsehay. There are only three other properties further down the lane so passing traffic is virtually non existent and the area is peaceful and picturesque.

The room available is a huge room on the first floor of our chapel home.

This room comes with a large, fully equipped bathroom (with bath, electric power shower, basin and WC) which is not used by the current residents as we have a large en suite. It is only used by our lodger who is rarely home, meaning it is readily available and there will never be a queue. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, bedside table, a desk and chair and a 32" LCD HD TV with freeview.

The room has a large window overlooking the countryside and the quiet lane outside. Across the lane is a style leading to woodland walks so the only passersby tend to be ramblers.

There is a luxury lounge downstairs which our guest is welcome to use along with the kitchen and downstairs WC. The house residents use another lounge. An allocated free parking space is included and there is extra parking for guests if required.

All bills, WiFi and utilities are included, along with peripherals such as hand towels, soaps, washing up liquids, etc.

There is a free laundry service available.

We have pets and two small children (one and two years old) at this property so anyone with allergies to either should not apply.

Both pets and children will be around the house but will not bother our lodger. Pets do not go upstairs and sleep outside at night and children have no reason to use the top floor of the house. Neither use the luxury lounge at all as this a is a kiddie free pet free zone.

We will treat our guest with courtesy and respect and expect the same in return. Just look after our home, say hi to the kiddies if you see them and we'll be good to go. Smokers may apply but there is absolutely no smoking on the property itself.

We have rented this room out for a year on a b and b site for £50 per night, so this is only offered at this price during the quiet b and b season.
