A large 12ft square room for rent, 5 mins walk from Ludlow town center close to supermarkets. All modern appliances newly decorated and economic with cavity wall insulation. The kitchen is complete with dish washer, fan oven with gas hob and all white goods. Should you be a smoker there is a front and back garden with patio furniture, but strictly no smoking in the house. Bathroom is complete with bath and shower. The bedroom for rent will be supplied with a double bed. Should you wish to bring your own furniture you are more than welcome but not re-decorating. I do not allow pets and I do not have any of my own. The living room is complete with a sofa set, tv, netflix, skygo and xbox. Broadband connection is excellent and unlimited and included in the price as with all bills. There is parking space and a garage should you need to store anything. I am easy going, I work week days.
