A four bedroomed house located just outside Ludlow town centre. one single room, one room which can be either a single or double and a large spacious double room with ensuite facilities. Off road parking. A car is not necessary but obviously useful. There is a bus service available.

Central heating. TV (freeview). Bathroom with shower Double room has private shower and wash basin, shared kitchen. Wifi throughout. Parking. Use of washing machine.12 minute walk to Ludlow town centre and to train station.
This is a strictly non smoking household.

I welcome short/long term guests into my home but I do prefer long or very long term sharers . Please only contact me if you are in a position to proceed.
Initial payment is one months rent in advance and the security deposit which is returnable.
