Double en suite room Ludlow

I have a double room to let in a modern 3 bedroomed house on a popular estate.
I do not live there full time so you would effectively have the house to yourself with use of s double bedroom kitchen, lounge and conservatory.
There is a TV and free sat plus connected which can be used to record tv programmes.

The rear garden is a nice size and not overlooked at a great sun trap. There is a patio and room for a washing line,

The house has full gas CH and benefits from a downstairs cloakroom and a bathroom upstairs
Would like to have full use of the garage for storage.

Being shared accomadation i would have free access to come and go as required but would always give notice.

The double bedroom is a small double with onsuite which has a lovely oak double bed Will also fit a new oak chest of drawers.
The small bedroom can be used as a clothes storage area/office

Rent includes rates broadband and TV licence, but we will need to come to some arrangement over gas and electricity as i will not be using much myself :-)
Kitchen has a large double fridge/freezer and gas hob with electric oven.
A new washing machine will be installed as well.

You can park your car on the driveway but i will have control over the garage as need it for storage

Looking for somebody with a good steady job who is tidy, easy going quiet and sensible and who respects privacy and not wanting to invite large number of people back for parties etc! :-)

Ideally a profession person over 35
references may be required will need a deposit.
