Double room available in recently refurbished three bedroomed house in quiet cul de sac. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers although I can move these out if necessary.

I have Sky+, broadband, off road parking, rear garden, shed space, bathroom with overhead shower. I have a small dog, who is (relatively) well behaved and quiet. I employ cleaners, who come once a fortnight and do a fantastic job.

Due to work and other commitments I spend very little time at home during the day and early evenings.
